P34 — Streamlit map widget polish (drag pins instead of preset-only)

Current Demo tab shows a folium map but the markers are read-only (preset-driven). Replace with draggable markers so the engineer can drag the lower / upper terminal to nudge a preset before running.

Tests: pin drag updates session lat/lon; preset reset button restores.
