Description

@anthony-swirldslabs

@alex-kuzmin-hg is helping us to test the performance of the pbj.cacheable feature in the Consensus Node. We use the following branches, all with the latest PBJ 0.15.4 merged this morning (5/19/2026):

https://github.com/hiero-ledger/hiero-consensus-node/tree/NOMERGE-test-pbj-cacheable-baseline

https://github.com/hiero-ledger/hiero-consensus-node/tree/NOMERGE-test-pbj-cacheable-enabled

The test results can be tracked at hiero-ledger/hiero-consensus-node#25553
