Update Documentation for v1.9 Changes #369
Description
Documentation needs the following updates:
- Add a 'How to Manage Data with hydroserver.ts
- Add a tutorial for gettings started with hydroserver.ts
- Update images of the job orchestration pages
- Update images of the Visualize Data page
- Run through documentation and make sure information is still accurate
