READINESS.md (CRG evidence) states CI is passing and cites the dogfood-gate among the green signals. On current main, dogfood-gate is red (part of the pre-existing reusable-wrapper / scaffold CI breakage tracked by #32).
Why it matters
The readiness/CRG evidence should not assert a passing gate that is currently failing — it's an accuracy/truthfulness issue in a governance doc.
Action
Refresh the CRG evidence wording in READINESS.md to reflect the actual CI state (or gate the claim on #32 being resolved). Pairs with #32.
