Followed accounts in search still include follow button

Hello!

When I search for a username on Hyperspace Web that I am already following, the follow button is still present:

Clicking it makes the animation it plays when clicking one such button, but it does nothing.

This was more or less an intended design from v1.0 but we can update it in v1.2 to show an unfollow button instead.
