3D support

will it be hard to implement support for the z dimension, so it can be used with ThreeJs etc?

Hey, sorry I missed this. I don't think it would be too much of a big deal. What would be nice is to keep it as one lib that could be used for both 2 and 3d scenarios. Might just be a case of z defaulting to 0 for 2d...
