missing gtfs-lib

I have issue with downloading gtfs-lib during compilation.
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project datatools-server: Could not resolve dependencies for project com.conveyal:datatools-server:jar:3.8.1-SNAPSHOT: Could not find artifact com.github.conveyal:gtfs-lib:jar:a3e5707 in central2 (https://repo1.maven.org/maven2) -> [Help 1]
It seems its not available anymore on maven central ?

We had some other recent comments about this, which noted that pulling the latest changes and re-compiling worked for them. Could you try that? I'm not sure why that specific gtfs-lib artifact would not be on maven central but that is what seems to be the case.
