Goal

Prepare core for the browser-facing product surface.

Scope

• expose web-ready read APIs for dashboard, history, limits, and providers
• define auth and session assumptions needed by the web panel
• ensure contracts remain shared across CLI, desktop, and web
• support machine and user level visibility where required

Done When

• the web repository can consume stable contracts from core
• browser use cases do not require bypassing core boundaries
• dashboard and history views are supported by explicit APIs
