Goal

Prepare web history presentation on top of core history contracts.

Scope

• define browser-facing history views and navigation
• consume time-based usage data from core
• keep calculations server-driven and presentation browser-driven

Done When

• web UI can present historical usage cleanly
• history views remain aligned with core contracts
• dashboard growth does not force duplicated business logic in the browser
