Question: How is the -w or --warn option supposed to function?

My Question: How is the -w or --warn option supposed to function in the cli version of TmpDisk?

I’ve tried it while creating the RAMDisk image and also with the Eject command, but it seems not to do anything.
(My system: macOS Ventura 13.6.7 build 22G720)

Good catch — you're right that it does nothing on the CLI today.

The flag is parsed and stored correctly on the volume, but the behaviour it controls only fires in the GUI: when you eject a volume that still has files in it, the app shows a confirmation dialog. The CLI eject path doesn't currently honour that, so on the command line -w/--warn is effectively a no-op.

I'm fixing the CLI eject to check for warn-on-eject and prompt for confirmation when the volume still contains files (skippable with --force for scripts). That'll go out in the next release. Thanks for reporting it.
