Navigation pane opens heading in default browser not in the document #33
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Give a heading to some text
2. Will be opened in browser instead of document
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Jump to the heading on the right side (so in the document).
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
