Here's a breakdown of common file formats, including your excellent idea for handling critical or unknown files.

  • Create new element "leave in the same place"
    For critical files or those with an unknown format, keep them in their original location.

This approach offers a holding area for files that need special attention or identification, ensuring critical data isn't moved or lost by accident.
