i see this file called permission-T440P.sh and its in your GitHub repo should what should i do about it and if there is a use case can you tell me how to use it?

The .sh-Extension means that this is a shell-script, aka. a list of terminal commands. Therefore, you don't have to put this file anywhere. Instead, you should run it.
