I would like to be able to control the layout of the buttons.

On the Commands tab of the Bed Visualizer settings, have a button + Add Section.
Buttons are added inside of Sections. Sections are guaranteed to be vertically stacked.
Sections have internal layout options:
- grid (user specifies dimensions)
- flow
