[BUG]: use of deprecated webcam config in jinja templates

Describe the bug

When you launch octopring, you see warnings in browser dev console:

Please use the webcam system introduced with 1.9.0, the webcam_rotate90 config setting is deprecated and will be removed in a future release.
Please use the webcam system introduced with 1.9.0, the webcam_flipH config setting is deprecated and will be removed in a future release.
Please use the webcam system introduced with 1.9.0, the webcam_flipV config setting is deprecated and will be removed in a future release.

grep inside octoprint directory shows that only BedLevelVisualizer and octoprint itself use these settings.

Expected behavior

No warnings.
