Update content for 2018 in single commit. Have followed instructions from http://gradresearch.unimelb.edu.au/preparing-my-thesis/writing-the-thesis#formats-limits, specifically the order of items in 1.6 of: http://gradresearch.unimelb.edu.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0004/2027839/Preparation-of-GR-theses-rules.pdf
Summary of style changes:
UoM no longer requires printed copies for submission, so code relating to this may no longer be as important.
