UV_CACHE_DIR requirement confusing

Many of the examples here don't work on kind unless_ they receive a UV_CACHE_DIR=/app/.cache/uv environment override.

This is confusing. Kagenti (the UI or the operator?) silently provides this variable, but other environments may not. It would be good to

• bake this into the image
• or at least document it
