[C#] Api Client avec une réponse autre que JSON

L'api client veut obligatoirement un json en retour.

Il faudrait certainement un ReadFromStreamAsync

Le problème de fond est que le type de retour de l'endpoint server n'est pas le même que celui de l'endpoint client, et qu'il n'existe pas de moyen de gérer ce problème dans TopModel aujourd'hui
