International Lark tenant cannot access /open-apis/slides_ai/v1/xml_presentations endpoint (404 despite published app and granted scopes)

Description

We are currently building an AI workflow system on top of Lark/Feishu for corporate training, project management, and document/presentation automation.

Our application has already been:

• published successfully,
• granted the required Slides/Docs scopes,
• authorized within our tenant,
• and can access other Open APIs normally.

However, requests to the following endpoint consistently return 404:

/open-apis/slides_ai/v1/xml_presentations

We suspect there may be a difference between:

• International Lark tenants
• and China-region Feishu tenants

regarding Slides AI / XML Presentation API availability.

This does not appear to be a normal permission configuration issue because:

• the app is already published,
• access tokens work correctly,
• scopes are already granted,
• and other APIs function normally.

Only this Slides AI endpoint returns 404.

We are building:

• AI-assisted document workflows,
• AI-generated presentation workflows,
• corporate training/project-management automation,
• and presentation generation pipelines integrated into Lark.

The intended workflow is:

1. User submits structured content
2. AI generates presentation structure/content
3. System creates/editable Slides inside Lark/Feishu

• 并且其他 Open API 均可正常访问。

我们怀疑国际版 Lark 与中国区飞书之间，在 Slides AI / XML Presentation API 的开放能力上存在差异。

目前看起来不像是普通权限配置问题，因为：

• 应用已经发布，
• Access Token 获取正常，
• 权限范围已经授权，
• 其他 API 均正常工作，
• 只有该 Slides AI endpoint 返回 404。
