Convert to an OTP app

Use standard configuration, too. Config notes:

• The old lfe.config options were converted to functions at the top of ledis.lfe; these need to be moved into config
• Default options for creating an eredis client should be put in the default config, too
• Logging setup should be put in config, too

Note that this ticket supersedes #4.
