Hello,
I know its been a while but after reading the paper there is something that i cannot figure out yet, the Frame Scores to KeyShot Summaries (Segment Prediction) in the anchor free approach.
How is it related to the center-ness score and why are we even trying to get the change points if we have the ground truth summaries (annotations)
