I get the logic, I really do, but this is pointless obfuscation. It's complexity with no benefit. In every project that reports progress, "15/15" implies that the progress is 100% and no work remains. This decision violates the principle of least astonishment as well as our own style rule to avoid reporting reversed flags. I urge you to reconsider.
