feat: Render URL-encoded links as decoded

For links that are encoded (e.g. CJK paths), the URL will be very long and hard to be read like below:

But I also understand that decoding those URLs would likely get users into problems like URL scamming or something?

For regular URL paths it works fine, but for punycode URLs it renders as raw xn url,
but I guess it's better not to show that in case of phishing.
