feat: option to hide some UI elements?

Would it be possible to add an option (or, maybe a hotkey?) to hide

• the top bar (OXICORD v0.1.9 ... ● CONNECTED)
• the bottom bar (MESSAGES Nav j/k ... )
• the scrollbar

For smaller windows, that could help to maximize the usable area -- and would also provide a cleaner, minimalist look.
