[ENHANCEMENT] Reduce gap between Relay URL input and Add Relay button

Problem

There is excessive spacing/gap between the "Relay URL" input field and the "Add Relay" button in the header area.

Expected Behavior

The input field and button should be closer together for a more compact, polished layout.

The current layout has noticeable padding between the input and button elements that could be tightened.
