[ENHANCEMENT] Add link to report issues/suggestions on GitHub

Problem

Users currently have no easy way to report bugs, suggest improvements, or get help with the extension directly from the UI.

Proposed Solution

Add a link/button in the extension UI that directs users to the GitHub issues page:

https://github.com/lnbits/nostrclient/issues

Implementation Ideas

1. Footer link: Add a small "Report Issue" or "Feedback" link at the bottom of the extension panel
2. Help icon: Add a help/question icon in the header that links to GitHub issues
3. Info section: Add text like "Found a bug or have a suggestion? Report it on GitHub"
