Request: Addition of OCR. Pleasee

Hi, i am really loving this service, infact i have bought the team subscription and i am really satisfied with it. Just wanted to ask can we have the option for OCR in the service. I am using the service for various things including storing the business cards. I am using the attachment option to add those business card. However it would be really helpful in cases like these where the software is able to read the photo/doc or any attachment and fill some of the text fields automatically. I am trying to shift from CamCard and it read the details automatically using OCR, i am aware it was solely meant for it but i want to consolidate all my passwords, business cards etc in locker..

Also if possible can we a quick preview of the file attachment atleast for images. Right now, we have to download the file to view it, i understand specific format might be problematic to view but quick preview of images would be cool...

Please consider atleast OCR as it will really help business and individuals in a lot of things...

Hey @manofcult, thanks for sending your request.

1. Regarding the OCR feature, we agree that it would be convenient for adding card details to Locker. We will log this request to our product backlog for consideration of implementation.
2. I understand your need to view the image right in Locker. Due to performance-related issues, we currently don't support that feature. However, we will actively look for ways to improve this.
