The Idea of the spec was, that others could implement libraries based on the spec in other languages (javascript/typescript, but also others) and that apps using those would then interoperate nicely with apps built with the locorda dart sync engine.
But this linked data interoperability usage requires Solid Backends (or other backends or backend configurations that allow sharing of data by different apps), which in turn requires usage of File-Per-Resource Layout - but that layout currently is too slow for all currently known Backends (except for local directory...).
