[CAGED] Support Working Group

Summary

The Consumer Absence Generates Ecological Dissimilarity (CAGED) group was funded in 2024 with their first in-person meeting taking place in early 2025. Tasks related to supporting this group will have the "story" type and--where possible--will be created as sub-issues of this issue.
