Re-Check that Topics are Independent

Summary

Now that we've adopted a back-end strategy of nesting "topic" sub-docs in the module docs, we need to double-check that each of those topics is self-contained / doesn't refer to other topics (because if we re-re-order they may refer to prior/future topics that are no longer in the same relative position)

Sub-Tasks

• Remove hyperlinks to old modules in any topic
• Remove relative positional references to other topics
  • E.g., "earlier today we covered X"
• For information-dense images, add lightbox effect
  • Not strictly related to the title of this issue but useful to do if we're messing with every topic already
• Do tighter read-through to check that no non-independent text was overlooked
