Missing release 1.4.0 version in Scoop package manager (for Windows)

Hello there and congrats on releasing 1.4.0! 🔥

I wanted to prepare a PR to update it in scoop-bucket repository and realized that this release doesn't exist for Windows or I just cannot find it😅

I think that also https://luckyframework.org/guides/getting-started/installing needs to be updated to mention 1.4.0 instead of 1.3.0 (unless it's in progress?).

Would you be able to release 1.4.0 version for Windows?

Unfortunately the release system broke https://github.com/luckyframework/lucky_cli/actions/runs/15428058475 I've been trying to figure it out, but haven't managed to find a fix yet. Then I learned that LuckyFlow has issues with using Crystal 1.16 due to a breaking change in Crystal.

My plan was to try and fix LuckyFlow, get LuckyCLI CI going green again, then do a full 1.4.1 release with all of the packages. However, I am a bit strapped for time... so I guess since this is taking me longer than I had hoped maybe I just do manual releases for 1.4.0 and do 1.4.1 later? 1.4.0 works fine aside from some Flow issues, so if you're not using Flow, then it won't matter much 🤔
