Superposition bug on scrolling

I'm using the example you proovide and sometimes when scrolling (different speeds) some cells change the "z" they had originally making them to appear in front other cells or under, sometimes even some cells disappear (not sure if same bug)

EDIT: the disappear bug only happens when inserting/moving/swaping manually the cells
EDIT2: it seems that the inserted/moved/swapped cell just has a wrong index therefore displaying it badly disappearing when another cell disappears.

I'm trying to solve it but I'm kinda new at this.
I'm doing horizontal scrolling but it happens in both directions (vertical and horizontal) at least in the example you provide.

Recently I am also working on this open source, but I don't know how to make the timelineview horizontal.

@Mijail sorry for the very late reply. The data must be sorted by position. TimelineView uses a binary search algorithm to determine which cells should appear. The range used, if I remember correctly, is 50% outside the bounds on either side. The disappearing likely happens because the cell is falling outside that range.

You can also use the binary search algorithm to determine where to insert into your data source, which will give you (at worst case) o(log n) performance.

@lukescott THNK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY!! But I found my problem is a fundamental problem that I didn't make the width of the scrollview larger than the height. In the end, I re-write a little bit part of the contentSizeForTimelineView in the ViewController, and it works. Thank you so much again!

Hi,

This framework looks fantastic, but i'm having the same issue as above, i can't seem to get the horizontal scrolling working. I've set the scrolling mode to horizontal as described, resized the view in the storyboard so the width is larger than the height, i've also resized the cells to be 100 x 100. However when i try i can scroll the view but the cells still sit on top of each other rather than side by side. Could i possibly see some code that gets the side view working?

Update: I figured this out, by changing the following in the ViewController file:
