Description
It is tedious to explicitly define every single scenario of interest. This is because most often, we look at one particular diagnosis/involvement for a number of combinations of T-stage and e.g. midline extension. So, it would be cool if we could automatically construct a "outer product" of scenarios from a matrix of values. For example, DVC has such a matrix feature.
