run_test_suite for a single test case?

Is there a way to run a specific test case instead of a whole test suite?
In the context of adding a new test case in an existing test suite, this is a bit overkill to run all tests whereas only one is needed
AI agent is saying that it's not possible with the current implementation and fallbacks to terminal execution.
In that case, is there a plan to support this?
