@Agos88 v0.4.0 is available now at https://api.mapbox.com/mapbox-gl-js/plugins/mapbox-gl-compare/v0.4.0/mapbox-gl-compare.js, you could see if you're still having an issue on this latest release?

Could you post a minimal reproducible example of your issue, the example at https://docs.mapbox.com/mapbox-gl-js/example/mapbox-gl-compare/ seems fine.
