PRDraft reads your pull request diff and automatically writes a structured description — what changed, why, and how to test it. Install in 2 clicks, no configuration required. Works on any public or private repo. Your diff is sent to Groq's API to generate the description and is never stored or used for training.
What PRDraft does
When you open a pull request, PRDraft reads the diff and posts a structured description automatically. No CLI, no config files, no API keys to manage.
Output format
Every generated description includes:
- What changed — specific bullet points referencing actual files and functions
- Why — the reason for the change
- How to test — concrete steps to verify the change works
- Notes — edge cases or reviewer callouts
Why developers use it
Writing a good PR description takes 5–15 minutes of context switching. Most developers skip it or write something generic. PRDraft generates a solid first draft in seconds that you can edit before submitting.
Privacy
Your diff is sent to Groq's API to generate the description. It is never stored, never used for training, and never shared with third parties.
Pricing
Free tier: 5 PRs per month. Pro: $9/month for unlimited PRs.
