reorder stations aren't imported in in the proper order

Steps to reproduce:
1 save favorites.
2 reorder the favorites.
3 export the reorder stations
4 delete all current stations.
5 import the file you exported. Expected result:
The stations are imported in the order you exported them in. actual result they are not in that order. Please fix this.
