Can you help me understand how to alter this step so it works well for 3D images?

Hi, for drawing a central bead, it creates a 2D projection of the 3D image. Our defined functions are written for that.
If you want 3D volumetric analysis, you can continue up to the Volumetric Analysis at the end. There, it uses the 2D sprouts that it found previously, as 3D mask for the volumetric analysis. If something is not clear, you can share some screenshots here or send me a sample image, I can understand you more to help.
