Does Winhance prevent downloads after uninstalling?

1. Reinstalls?
   I am using it to speed up my T430s Lenovo Win 11 Pro.
   The left corner weather and news disappeared - after a couple of reboot, it came back on. I still have Winhance installed. Is this expected?

2. Recommended settings
   Also, is there a recommended settings - since I moved from Win 10 to Win 11, it had slowed down.
   I have 16GB memory and Win OS running from a dedicated mSATA drive.

3. Comparison to Tiny11
   I considered Tiny11 - some people reported that after an update, it installed bloatware - square 1? How does Winhance compare wit Tiny11? I also have Surface 3 running on Win 10 Pro - unsure which direction to go!

BTW, after the Win 11, update, the built in WiFi stopped working - driver issue. So using an external WiFi adapter.

1. You can uninstall the News app with Winhance again if it reappeared but the actual Widgets are controlled here:

2. Yes, recommended settings are shown for each individual setting in the UI now and you can apply them with a click of a button. You can also import and apply the recommended config file.

3. I don't know how it compares 1:1 but Winhance has the option to save a continuous removal script that uninstalls any bloatware automatically that you chose to uninstall before, more info here: https://winhance.net/docs/features/software-apps/windows-apps.html
