One possible reward structure for mentoring sessions could take place within a blockchain.
This could allow the organization to control the market volume while also incentivizing early adopters to start investing directly in the network (by mentoring).
Further thought/discussion would be needed to settle on a flow of reward; eg. Should it be automatic whenever a session passes a certain threshold? Should mentees be able to send tokens to mentors as a reward? How should tokens be initially distributed?
It is important that whatever system should not do any kind of blocking of the mentoring sessions themselves, and should be opt-in by default.
Stipulations
- Only allow token rewards when a session is recorded and fulfills some minimum requirements regarding content quality and run time.
- Only reward sessions which are recorded and/or annotated.
- "Adaptive release" of tokens as user base grows.
