The readme files in each subdirectory need to be overhauled to describe the actual build process for setting up our containers. I recently recorded the setup process in an MS teams meeting link. The documentation should be updated to reflect this process as well as include information for how to use the Makefiles to build the \influxdb and \quarto folders.
