Import bacpac: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

When i try to import a bacpac file i get the error:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

This only started happening after upgrading sqlpackage.exe to version v4.1.
When using version 4.0 everything works fine.

Don't bother expecting a reply or fix from Microsoft. The company evidently doesn't give a f**k about providing support for DacFX - the last employee response to an issue here was over 3 years ago.

You're likely to have better luck throwing your bug report into the black hole that is the SQL Server UserVoice https://feedback.azure.com/forums/908035-sql-server - although it's more likely that it'll also be ignored as nobody will upvote it - because clearly only upvotes are the indication of whether a bug should be fixed or not in Microsoft-land.
