[Feature] Change the Midi Settings app loading screen to not state "Starting Midisrv"

No, but it could cause confusion. It implies that the midi service isn't running already - this might be the case, but it still shows the same loading screen if it IS running, possibly confusing for troubleshooting / following instructions that require restarting Midi Services.

This shows up during the call to check the service and start if it isn't already running. But agreed that if already running this is misleading.

For the next release, I've changed this to "Connecting to MIDI service ..."
