[Feature] Add PWA Support

Please add basic PWA support so users can install Code Apps on mobile devices and add them to the home screen. The ability to launch the app in standalone (app-like) mode would greatly improve the mobile experience.

@DynamicsNinja totally agree. Even if this takes time to implement, product team should realize that they should not force mobile redirects to already installed power app as it does not support code app. Let the user stay in the browser !! After all this is a browser first architecture !

Thanks for the suggestion, I agree this would be pretty cool :)

PG will look into what this may take to support. As you might expect have a lot of feature work to take up, so not sure on the priority
