[Feature request] Allow more flexibility for add-data-source file locations

Right now, add-data-source puts files in Models and Services folders. Many people use lower case conventions when organizing folders. This creates inconsistency with other folders. As I was using GitHub Copilot Agent mode to refactor and improve something, it tends to use lower case folder names.

Consider giving developers more flexibility as to where add-data-source puts files and what to name the folders.

model and service folders will move within a new folder, called "generated".
they will all be lower case.
