Unable to view data when running in dev!?

Morning,

I am hoping someone can advise, everything I read suggests that when developing the Code Apps and running locally data should loads via the connectors in the same way as it does when deployed, please confirm this is the case as I have yet to see this happen!?

I can't seem to debug further than the generated service class and I get no errors, but I just get no data, before I raised a ticket I just wanted to check I am not misunderstanding.

Otherwise I am loving the experience so far.
