Cache considerations / Force refresh for end users?

Hi, I was wondering if there is a mechanism to force refresh for end-users?

When deploying updates end-users see a stale version due to browser cache.

Is there a way for them to get the latest version without needing to do a hard refresh?

We are the process of rolling out a change to show a banner when there is a new version of the app available. You should be able to get the new version of the app by refreshing when the banner is shown, no need to hard refresh.
