Control Strategies - Testing

In the ontology, we currently have:

• control strategy census:
  • laboratory testing capacity: An action specification giving the number of laboratory tests of a certain type that it is possible to perform in a given population during a specific time interval. http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/APOLLO_SV_00000613
  • laboratory testing facility census: A census of facilities that conduct clinical laboratory testing. http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/APOLLO_SV_00000610

However, we have some data some information on control strategies that are or were put in place, for example if some testing campaign are put in place or mass testing event, etc.

I propose to add a more global test subject to be able to tag testing/screening policy or even properly:

• control strategy census:
  • Screening Test: A test whose operational purpose is to determine the presence or absence of a substance, organism, or condition. http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/NCIT_C181548

is this so we can query over all screening tests?

My idea was more about being able to tag properly some of the entries we have.

For example, we have some dataset about what, where and when control strategies where put in place during the beginning of COVID, with testing being one control strategy but I currently cannot tag it because the data is about a strategy put in place and not testing capacity or number of lab doing testing (which are the two control strategy topics in the ontology).

Also, I wonder if the LLM project might need a more general "testing" topic, as some studies might not go into too much details about testing.
