Description
All containers should have a local OTEL collector for hostmetrics, logs, and OTLP listening on localhost for application use. This should forward to a well-known cluster-local OTEL collector (similar to the LDAP servers) which will then display in a dashboard integrated with the Manager logins (such as via LDAP) so that users can observe their containers without ssh-ing in.
