Does not look like the full API_URL is being included in the job run as seen here
Querying API: /sites/1/containers?hostname=mieweb-opensource-server-dependabot-npm-and-yarn-creat-f4a5a277 believe its supposed to be
{API_URL}/sites/1/containers?hostname=mieweb-opensource-server-dependabot-npm-and-yarn-creat-f4a5a277
however the full URL was not included, typically run would include a *** at the beginning with the obfuscated URL.
Going to have to deep dive and figure out root cause as to why it is ignored if the secret exists, but in the mean time will create some checks to only run if the argument is present
